My daughter is on a health trip. Here was her lunch for today…..quick, easy, simple and healthy.
Omlette – made with eggs, milk, salt, pepper, red sweet peppers, spinach and cheese
Oats – made with 10 almonds, a tsp of raisons, a dash of cinnamon, a tsp of coconut
